By accessing and using Quiz Universe, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use Quiz Universe for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our services, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, or use automated tools to access content without permission.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when registering. Quiz Universe reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Quiz & Tournament Rules
Each quiz or tournament may only be attempted the number of times specified. Attempting to cheat, share answers, or use unfair means will result in disqualification and account suspension. Tournament results are final once published by the admin.
5. Tokens & Payments
Tokens are virtual currency on Quiz Universe with no real monetary value unless specified. Tournament entry fees paid via Razorpay are non-refundable once the tournament has started.
6. Content
Quiz Universe provides educational content for exam preparation. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Content may change without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Quiz Universe, including quizzes, notes, and documents, is the property of Quiz Universe or its content providers. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Quiz Universe is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including exam failure or loss of tokens.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
