❓ Frequently Asked Questions
I'm not getting my email OTP after registration.
OTPs can take up to 2 minutes to arrive. Check your spam/junk folder first. If still missing, click 'Resend OTP' on the verification page (there's a 2-minute cooldown between resends). OTPs are 6-digit numbers and expire after 15 minutes. If problems persist, contact support.
My OTP says 'Invalid'.
OTPs are case-sensitive 6 digits. Make sure you typed exactly what was emailed and there are no spaces. If the OTP expired (>15 minutes old), request a new one via 'Resend OTP'.
I forgot my password.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your registered email, and check your inbox for a reset link. The link is valid for 60 minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.
Can I change my email address?
Email changes require contacting support to prevent account hijacking. Email us from your current registered address with the new email you want to use.
Why is my account showing as inactive?
Your account may have been disabled by an admin (usually due to suspected fair-play violations) or you may have deleted it. Contact support via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email for review.
How do I delete my account permanently?
Email support from your registered email address with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. Withdraw any wallet balance first — it cannot be transferred after deletion. Deletion is permanent and takes effect within 30 days.
I ran out of time during a quiz. What happens?
The quiz auto-submits with whatever answers you selected up to that point. Your result is calculated immediately and tokens are credited if you pass.
Can I retake a quiz?
Yes! You can attempt any quiz multiple times. Each attempt is recorded separately in Profile → Quiz Scores. Tokens are earned each time you pass.
My quiz progress disappeared when I refreshed.
Quizzes auto-save your answers every 30 seconds and every time you select an option. If you refresh during a quiz, you should be able to resume from where you left off. If progress is lost, check that your browser allows cookies and local storage.
I didn't get my tournament starting-soon email.
The 15-minute alert email is sent automatically via our scheduler. Check your spam folder. You also get an in-app notification at the same time — open the app and check the bell icon. If you miss both, the tournament is still accessible at the start time from the Tournaments page.
I registered for a tournament but didn't get a confirmation email.
Confirmation emails are queued and may take a few minutes to arrive. Check spam too. Even if the email is delayed, your registration is confirmed — check Profile → My Tournaments to verify.
The tournament countdown is over but the Start button is missing.
The tournament might have already started without you, or you may need to refresh the page. If the start time has clearly passed and you can't start, the tournament window may have closed. Each tournament has a fixed duration window.
My tournament payment went through but I'm not registered.
Don't pay again. Contact support immediately with your payment ID (Profile → Payments). Razorpay payments may take a few minutes to confirm via webhook — wait 5 minutes first, then refresh.
When are tournament results published?
Results are published manually by admins after the tournament ends, usually within 6–24 hours. You'll receive an email and in-app notification when your results are live.
I think the leaderboard ranking is wrong.
Tie-breaking is automatic: highest score wins, then fastest time wins. If you believe there's a calculation error, email support with the tournament name and your registered email — we'll review the attempt records.
I logged in but didn't get my daily 20 tokens.
The daily reward is added only once per day. If you already logged in today, the tokens were added at that time. Go to Profile → Token History to confirm. The bonus resets at midnight every day.
My referral code isn't working.
Your friend must click your referral link first, then register on the same device and browser. The referral code must be saved before they complete registration. Google login also works if done on the same browser session.
I submitted a social task but tokens haven't been added.
Social task tokens require admin approval, which may take up to 24 hours. Check the Earn Tokens page — your task shows as 'Pending' until approved. If it's been more than 48 hours, contact support.
How do I see all my token earnings?
Go to Profile → Token History. Every token event (earn or spend) is listed with date, amount, and reason.
I bought tokens but they're not in my account.
Token purchases usually credit within 30 seconds of payment. If 5 minutes have passed, check your bank/UPI to confirm the payment was actually deducted. If yes, email support with the payment ID — we will manually credit if needed.
Can tokens be converted to cash?
No. Tokens are platform credits used to enter tournaments or unlock features. Cash prizes won in tournaments are credited to your separate Wallet, which can be withdrawn.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are processed manually within 3–7 working days after admin approval. High-value withdrawals may take longer if KYC verification is required.
What's the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal threshold is shown on the Withdrawal page. It may change from time to time based on payment partner requirements.
Do I need to pay tax on tournament prizes?
Yes, prize income is taxable under Indian income tax law. Above a threshold, TDS (tax deducted at source) may be applied at the time of payout. You are responsible for declaring prize income in your annual tax return. Consult a tax professional for guidance.
My withdrawal was rejected. Why?
Common reasons: wrong UPI/bank details, mismatch between account holder name and registered name, KYC documents missing or unclear, or suspected rule violation. Check the rejection note in Profile → Wallet for the specific reason.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking via Razorpay. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international cards on some plans.
Can I get a refund on a tournament entry?
Yes, if the tournament has not started yet — email support before the start time. Once a tournament starts, entry fees are non-refundable. Token purchases are non-refundable once credited.
My bank shows the payment failed but money was deducted.
This usually self-resolves within 5–7 working days as your bank reverses the failed transaction. If money is not refunded after 7 days, contact your bank with the transaction reference, then email us with the Razorpay payment ID for cross-verification.
Why am I getting too many emails?
Transactional emails (OTP, registration, results) cannot be turned off while your account is active — they are required to operate the platform. Promotional emails have unsubscribe links. To stop all emails, you would need to delete your account.
How do I enable browser push notifications?
Click 'Allow' when your browser asks for notification permission, or go to your browser's site settings and enable notifications for our domain. Push alerts are sent for tournament starts and major account events.
The app is slow or pages aren't loading.
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R), clear your browser cache, or use an incognito/private window. If problems persist on multiple devices, our server may be under maintenance — check our Telegram channel for status updates.
I can't upload my profile picture.
Profile pictures must be JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, and under 2 MB. We automatically resize and convert to WebP after upload. If upload fails, try a smaller image or a different format.
