Cash and token prizes are offered in select tournaments on Quiz Universe as announced at the time of registration. Prize amounts, structures, and availability are subject to change and are determined at the sole discretion of Quiz Universe.
Prize credits are conditional on:
- Completion of the tournament within the specified time window
- Compliance with all tournament and platform rules (including fair play)
- Verification that the attempt was made by the registered account holder
- Administrator review and official publication of results
Quiz Universe reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or void prizes in cases of suspected fraud, rule violations, or technical errors that materially affected the fairness of the tournament. Decisions made by Quiz Universe administrators regarding tournament results and prize awards are final.
Prizes won are subject to applicable Indian income tax regulations. Users are responsible for declaring prize income as required by law. Quiz Universe does not provide tax advice.
The Quiz Universe wallet allows you to receive tournament prizes and withdraw them to your UPI ID or bank account. By using the wallet, you understand and accept that:
- Withdrawals are processed manually by our finance team and may take 3–7 working days after approval
- You must provide accurate UPI/bank details; we are not responsible for transfers sent to a wrong account due to user error
- A minimum withdrawal threshold applies as shown on the withdrawal page; this may change without notice
- High-value withdrawals require KYC verification (PAN/Aadhaar) before processing
- Quiz Universe reserves the right to delay or freeze withdrawals during ongoing fraud investigations
- Tax deductions (TDS) may apply on prize winnings as required by Indian income tax law
- Wallet balance does not earn interest and is not a deposit account
If your withdrawal is delayed beyond 7 working days without explanation, contact us with your withdrawal reference at support@quizuniverse.in.
Quiz Universe strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Platform may experience temporary outages due to server maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party service failures, or unforeseen technical problems.
In the event of a technical issue during a live tournament (e.g., server downtime, payment gateway failure, or quiz submission error), Quiz Universe will:
- Investigate the issue as promptly as possible
- Extend the tournament window if technically feasible and if the issue affected a significant number of participants
- Issue full refunds of entry fees if the tournament is cancelled due to a technical failure on our part
- Not be liable for individual connection issues, device failures, or internet outages on the user's side
