TNPSC CTS Diploma / ITI Level Physical Certificate Verification & Counselling List 2026 Released (Phase-VI)

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has officially released the list of candidates provisionally admitted for Physical Certificate Verification (PCV) and Physical Certificate Verification & Counselling (PCV & Counselling) for various posts included in the Combined Technical Services Examination (Diploma / ITI Level) Notification No. 10/2025.

Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check whether their Register Number has been included in the provisional admission list published by TNPSC.

TNPSC CTS Diploma / ITI Level Verification Date

According to the official notification, the Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling for eligible candidates will be conducted on:

• Date: 6th Auguts 2026 to 14th August 2026

• Venue: TNPSC Office, TNPSC Road, Chennai – 600003.

The admission of candidates is purely provisional and based on the marks and rank position published by TNPSC on 27 February 2026.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates shortlisted for verification should note the following instructions carefully:

1. Download Verification Memorandum

Candidates must download their Memorandum for Admission from the TNPSC website and attend the verification process with all original certificates.

2. Carry Original Documents

All original certificates related to:

• Educational Qualification

• Community Certificate

• Age Proof

• PSTM Certificate (if applicable)

• Differently Abled Certificate (if applicable)

• Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable)

• Experience Certificates (if required)

must be produced during verification.

3. Failure to Attend

Candidates who fail to attend the verification process on the scheduled date and time will not be considered for the next stage of selection.

4. Provisional Admission

Inclusion in the verification list does not guarantee selection. Final selection depends on:

• Verification of original certificates

• Eligibility conditions

• Reservation rules

• Availability of vacancies

• Rank position

Selection Ratio

TNPSC has admitted candidates in the following ratios:

1. 1:3 for General Category candidates (posts requiring counselling)

2. 1:2 for Reserved Category candidates (posts requiring counselling)

3. 1:2 for all categories (posts not requiring counselling)

Important Note

The publication of a Register Number in the verification list does not automatically confer any right to appointment. The candidature remains provisional and is subject to verification of certificates and fulfillment of all eligibility conditions prescribed by TNPSC.

Candidates whose Register Numbers are not found in the published list have not been admitted to the present round of Physical Certificate Verification / Counselling for the posts mentioned in this notification.

TNPSC has initiated the next stage of the recruitment process for the Combined Technical Services Examination (Diploma / ITI Level). Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the provisional list should download their admission memorandum, arrange all original certificates, and attend the verification process on the scheduled date without fail.
